QTX at 630m burned out FET IRF540
This one lasted over 6 weeks 7x24 but the high winds made the load change too much.
Now replaced by IRL540 ( logic gate)
This type is more willing to oscillate. Feritte bead over the gate but still at power up it oscillates for a few seconds.
It can be heard in the receiver a lot of running birdies and the drain current is not 0.
After a few seconds it stabilizes. Strange effect.

Het gaat ook vaak alleen met G om die reden slechts af en toe komt het ook bij ons.
