this Saturday morning WSPR  28Mhz  we had a  late start of  VK  decodes  After 2 VK less days   since  the ARRL the band was "closed"  to East  Some HAM's believe that only because of the contest activity  the band seems to be "open"  But with WSPR as a propagation tool it is  easy to check the real state of  propagation.
