10m recovered a bit -- YJ0OU Vanuatu

this Saturday morning WSPR  28Mhz  we had a  late start of  VK  decodes
After 2 VK less days   since  the ARRL the band was "closed"  to East
Some HAM's believe that only because of the contest activity  the band seems to be "open"
But with WSPR as a propagation tool it is  easy to check the real state of  propagation.

YJ0UO  Vanatu
 http://dxing.at-communication.com/en/yj0ou_yj0zz_vanuatu/

After a very hard QSO at 40m
Friday evening i thought to hear them at  160m  a weak signal sounded like
YJ0OU was working USA
I was recording it but the signal disappeared  before I could be positive identify them as being YJ0OU
Every evening at prime SS time to EU they are gone !
They are not targeting EU
They where in the ARRLCW too but then of course only for USA-VE
Propagation wise it is  comparable to FK  New Caledonia
It should be workable at 80m  since ZL3XDJ was good workable this week too.
